The Pattison team, led by Michael Pattison, is committed to ensuring that each project reaches a successful conclusion with efficiency, quality, and a service standard that exceeds the client's needs. A summary of their backgrounds follows.
Michael Pattison
President
Michael is a thirty-year veteran of the construction industry. Michael is a hands-on owner with a roll-up-the-sleeves and get it done attitude. His daily leadership is the driving force behind the success of Pattison Construction. He is dedicated to developing and maintaining client relationships by providing quality, value-driven construction services resulting in successful high quality projects.
Michael is active in the business community as a member of the Redmond Chamber of Commerce and Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. He also contributes to the YWCA, Bellevue Christian School, Bellevue Schools Foundation, Seattle Blues youth athletics, Next Steps Northwest and the Michael-Ryan Pattison Foundation.
Pete Perkins
Senior Project Manager / Estimator
Pete brings to the company over twenty-four years of construction experience along with a degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington. His vast knowledge of field applications and precise management of our projects assures that our quality and standards of excellence are exceeded. Pete’s background in commercial construction coupled with multi-family and residential development gives him a diverse knowledge of field applications and the ability to quickly identify the customer’s needs.
His duties as project manager include company development, estimating, contracting and coordinating projects from conception to completion. As a team player, he manages project scheduling with Pattison’s team and subcontractors, as well as assuring that contractual agreements are in place for all projects. His ability to work closely with owners, architects and engineers results in the success of a variety of projects. Pete’s honesty, dedication and commitment to building long term relationships with building owners, architects, property managers and tenant’s will contribute to the continual growth of Pattison Construction.
Kevin Huddleston
Project Manager / Estimator
With over 30 years experience in the construction field, Kevin has consistently exceeded client expectations as a Project Manager. He also utilizes his vast field superintendent expertise to work closely with subcontractors and Pattison’s field team to oversee scheduling and quality control for large and small projects. Kevin is directly involved with construction reviews, site inspections, and value engineering for each of his projects. His involvement results in smooth project coordination and brings the safe and successful execution of each project on-time and within or under budget. His duties as project manager include field personnel development, field team scheduling, estimating, contracting and coordination of projects to a successful completion. Kevin’s dedication, field experience and commitment to quality result in the successful growth of Pattison Construction.
Dee Hudgins
Administrative/Accounting/Human Resources
Dee has over 20 years experience in office administration. She is responsible for maintaining a smoothly run administrative office, accurate accounting and coordinating Human Resources for the company.
